Student Enrollment Portal

Welcome! Thank you for using our online registration! Please click on the Student Enrollment Portal link above to complete the registration forms. 

Once your registration form has been submitted, the following documents (hard copies) are required before your child can be enrolled in Preston Public Schools. They are:

• Proof of Residency (3 examples),
• Yearly Update and Student Health Information Form,
• A copy of Birth Certificate,
• A copy of Physical and Immunization Record:
  • Health Assessment Record (for students K-8),
  • Early Childhood Assessment Record (for pre-K students),
  • if your child needs medication during the school hours, complete the Authorization for the Administration of Medication by School Form.

When all required forms have been submitted to the school office and approved, a link to PowerSchool will be emailed to you. Once you receive the email, create a PowerSchool account and complete the New Registration Packet. The forms in this packet can be completed online.
